GLP-1 Companion Development

GLP-1 medications are rapidly reshaping weight management worldwide. As of mid-2026, Gallup reported that 11% of U.S. adults — the highest share on record — currently use a GLP-1 medication for weight loss, up from just 3% in 2024, with 15% reporting having used one at some point.

Our research and development program is exploring a new generation of purpose-built nutritional companion products for this growing population, with particular focus on the nutritional, digestive and lifestyle challenges associated with reduced food intake and GLP-1 use.

The objective is to develop considered formulations and practical delivery formats in collaboration with Australian formulation, regulatory and manufacturing specialists.

Men's Natural Testosterone & Reproductive Support

Male hormonal and reproductive health is changing across generations. Research involving more than 4,000 adolescent and young adult men found that average total testosterone levels fell by approximately 25% between 1999 and 2016, with the decline remaining evident even among men of normal body weight.

The reproductive picture is equally concerning. A major global analysis spanning more than four decades found sperm concentration had fallen by 51.6% and total sperm count by 62.3% between 1973 and 2018, with evidence suggesting the decline has accelerated since the turn of the century.

Yet the men's supplement category remains crowded with white-label formulas, marketing-led ingredient lists and products that too often prioritise margins and label appeal over ingredient quality and meaningful dosage — particularly in products marketed to men preparing for fatherhood.

At Don Miele, we believe that standard is not good enough. Our research is focused on natural testosterone and reproductive support built around quality, clinically meaningful dosages and carefully selected botanical extracts and roots supported by genuine research.

The objective is simple: formulate around what the evidence says may actually make a difference, rather than what is cheapest or easiest to put on a label.
