You may choose a replacement or refund where applicable, and Don Miele covers reasonable return shipping for these eligible issues. Contact us for return instructions before sending anything back. Where physical inspection is required, a refund is processed after the returned item is received, inspected and approved. Allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
